[Bug - Classic Era] Strong Fishing Pole considered better at low levels

Need to have all Fishing Poles blacklisted from being equipped. At lower levels, if you have the Strong Fishing Pole, it will swap out your weapon if you are trained in 2H. I found this issue on my newly created hunter.

What's the problem with this? Does it prevent raptor strike or something like that? If the fishing pole is stronger for melee and it doesn't prevent using any abilities, then it's the best item to have equipped there. If it does indeed prevent raptor strike though, it'll need to be changed.

From what I've seen it causes less damage even though it says its an upgrade. And no, you can't use Raptor Strike with a fishing pole. Not even sure why Blizz marks it as a weapon. One of those weird Blizz things I guess.

I've had the same issue with skinning knives. how do you blacklist items i've been trying to figure that one out too. thank you

I've got a new strange thing, my slot 16 is always saying it has no item. Had to lock it since it keeps wanting to swap to my mining pick. Not sure if its related to this issue, but it's very weird.
