The highlight-updates package is documented in the README but is not available on npm.

Thanks for letting me know! I’m in the middle of publishing the new website, docs, and packages. I estimate this will be done by the end of this week or after Christmas. I had to take all the source code down due to other companies copying my packages and profiting off my work with no credit to me... So, I’m moving everything under my own company and license, Buoy to prevent this going forward.
