Some emoji in emojivoto don't show up on older operating systems

Some of the Emoji we're using are from a newer version of Unicode. They show up as empty boxes on macOS 10.10 according to @klingerf. @klingerf said he would like us to stick to an older version of Unicode that is more widely supported and I agree.
