Next release 7.0.0

The next major version 7.0.0 will use the latest alpine 3.19.1.

In addition, the backward compatibility for RSA host-keys from #24 will be integrated into an official release.
This feature has been available in an unreleased version (release/5.3) for about 2 years already, and is now deemed
sufficient and proven tested by other action users. See #49

Not sure yet if the feature will land in the major 7.0.0 or in a separate version tree.

Tracking branch for the next release is release/7.0.0

The legacy support for RSA hostkeys (introduced with #24 into unofficial version 5.3) will be supported conditionally in 7.0.0.
Backward compatibility is kept
