Buskill doesn't show as a Windows App

Describe the bug
I purchased the drive and cable kit. To install it on Windows 11 Pro, I followed the instructions and moved the "buskill-Windows" folder to my C drive and then tried to run the install using the buskill shortcut. That didn't work so I ran the shortcut "Run as Administrator". I ran the update and restarted. There is no app in teh Wiondows app list and teh only way to run the app is to:

1. go to C:\buskill-win-v0.7.0-x86_64\buskill-v0.7.0-x86_64
2. Right click on the buskill app and Run as Administrator
3. Allow changes from an unknown publisher
4. Arm

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
A Windows app is shown on my app list and I can run this to arm the system; or
there is an option to autostart the app

Thanks for the report.

Can you elaborate a bit on the "Expected behaviour"? How does one open the "App List"? Is this something new in Windows 11?

I don't have a Windows machine, but I'll see if I can download their free trial of Windows 11 and run it in a VM to reproduce this. Last I tested on Windows 10 it was fine, and you did not need to run it as Administrator.

In the meantime, can anyone else with Windows 11 reproduce this issue?

Can you also post your debug log? I'm curious why it doesn't open when you run it as the regular user.
