[FEATURE REQUEST] Feature Make fluid drawer useable in fluid containers and machines (Like Buckets)

Currently fluid drawers can not be put in any other fluid containers (e.g. dissolution chamber or mekanism machines) to fill this container/machine, or to be filled by the machine/container.

This worked fine with foregoing black hole tanks, and when this drawers should replace black hole tanks they should be able to be used in a similar way
