Intention with regard to google-clis-common

At the top of the Cargo.toml I see that it says this create is meant to be moved into the generated code and shouldn't be published

I see that since then it was published and personally I think it's useful for 3rd party not generated CLI applications that might want to reuse some of the functionality from it (like the program I'm working on now).

Is it still the case that the intention is to move the code into the generator?

Thanks for bringing this up.

That comment is probably a left-over from the times when the code was indeed generated, so there is no intent to remove this crate.
