Stage specific build/deploy tasks #64
Description
It would be nice if it were possible to add build/deploy tasks to specific stages.
For example, when you deploy to a Brancher node, there are some specific tasks that need to be executed specifically for that situation.
It would also be nice if it's possible to specify when a build/deploy task needs to be deployed (before or after).
