When importing the pyBKT.model.Model, there is an error in the line random.randint(0,1e8) as this function requires the parameters to be integers.

It appeads the error TypeError: 'float' object cannot be interpreted as an integer is caused by an incompatibility between the pyBKT library and Python 3.13.

Specifically, the pyBKT library code uses the scientific notation 1e8 as an argument for random.randint. In Python, 1e8 evaluates to a floating-point number (100,000,000.0), but the random.randint function strictly requires integers for its parameters. I was using the python:3.13-slim base image, which enforces this strict typing.

The easiest and most reliable solution is to downgrade the Python version to a version like 3.11.
