Pass events to inputs #401
Description
For the time being, inputs to actions are static.
It would be useful though to have a method for passing events directly to inputs.
For example, to pass the grafana average usage to an action that is responsible for dynamically setting the resources of each pods. As an example, this can be used for FL tools which have predictable performance. and after a few rounds we can infer the required resources for the next ones. This way, we can collocated several training workflows.
