Include photo as a direct link to user's github, with a better tooltip description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be intuitive to include a user's photo as a link to their github as well, since both username and photo are directly tied to a user's account.

A clearer tooltip description would be good as well.

A tooltip that says 'Click to view GitHub profile' or 'View GitHub profile'

@bipplane Hi, thank you for the suggestion. However, for the tooltip I think it might be better to leave it as it is. For some usernames, it might be too long to be displayed. As a result, it will be truncated. The tooltip acts a way to display the full username. More details under Issue #481
