"Return to results" link from the info links

1. In the filters column, click on an info icon
2. This takes you to a content page

Proposed

Add - (3.) at the top of the page add a "return to search results" in a similar manner that we have "return to results" at the top of the facility page.

@amandacostello thoughts on the above? It makes me wonder if we should say "return to search results" instead of "return to results" - seems a little clearer.

@allisonnorman for your 👀 I think might be a quickish fix that keeps a visitor in their search without having to dig around for the nav.

Agree - "Return to search results" or "Back to search results" would be clearer.
