Data download - logging requested feature

This is just to log the feature request to Download data to a csv.

Before adding to the roadmap or implementing it would be important to understand the value it would create for Searchers and Helpers

Here is one comment on a reason to add this feature. As is - it does not seem to indicate value created for core archetypes.

The option to download the full list of facilities including services offered as a .csv file made tracking availability of services very easy. We have been using this download to make real-time maps of service availability, including the coverage of MAT services and facilities that accept Medicaid (see for example: https://opioid.amfar.org/indicator/SMAT_fac). These maps and counts of facilities have been helpful for policymakers, researchers, journalists, activists, and the public working to understand the response to the overdose crisis.

This is really crucial public information and I hope it can be made available as part of this improved design. I'm happy to talk through why this is so important from a public health information perspective.
