Feature: Enhancements for Beacon Loading and Adding Radius Field for Fetching Beacons

Features:

1. We can add a rolling Down Loading Indicator, when the user triggers a reload of beacons,then a rolling down loading indicator
   should be displayed and the application should fetch the latest beacon data

2. adding Radius Field for Fetching Beacons. when the user specifies a radius for beacon retrieval then the application should fetch
   beacons within the specified radius and display the relevant beacon information.
