- Adds a new FFmpeg/libavformat-based MP4 demuxing backend (mp4_ffmpeg.c) for subtitle extraction, providing broader codec support and better container

  compatibility compared to the existing GPAC-based parser
  - Updates CMake build system to auto-detect and link FFmpeg libraries (libavformat, libavcodec, libavutil), falling back to GPAC when FFmpeg is unavailable
  - Integrates the FFmpeg pathway into the main ccextractor.c entry point while preserving the existing GPAC codepath as a fallback
