[BUG] Not extracting Teletext stream #1391
Description
CCExtractor version: 0.93
In raising this issue, I confirm the following:

Additional information
The file contains a Teletext stream, output from ffmpeg
Stream #0:20x23: Subtitle: dvb_teletext, 492x250
It also plays in Windows Media Center
However ccextractor is unable to recognize and extract the teletext stream
