Describe the issue the node is experiencing

After showing up in the assisted installer and having openshift installed on the node, it repeatedly tried to PXE boot instead of booting from disk. Clean failed state in ESI.

As this seems to be an in-band issue for now we will not pursue action with Lenovo and troubleshoot ourselves initially.
