[BUG] Project search shows "Not items found" immediately

The project search page shows a "No items found" message as soon as the "Search" button is clicked. It should probably say "Searching ..." or something like that initially and then only "No items found" after the GraphQL response returns with zero entries.

Login to dev as the super admin and search for "Lesioned".
