EdFacts Codes for new K12 Staff Classification options missing from v. 13 code

Describe the bug
Six new options for K12 Staff Classification (https://ceds.ed.gov/element/000087) were approved by the community to be included in v. 13 because they are needed for EdFacts reporting (see CEDStandards/CEDS-Elements#352 and CEDStandards/CEDS-Elements#823)

However, these options are missing their EdFactsCode in v. 13 of the Data Warehouse

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
I would expect to the relevant six EdFacts codes for FS059 (https://www.ed.gov/media/document/fs059-21-0-110182.docx) to be added to the script to populate the junk tables.

• ELMGUI - Elementary School Counselors
• SECGUI - Secondary School Counselors
• LEAADM - LEA Administrators
• LEASUP - LEA Administrative Support Staff
• SCHADM - School Administrators
• SCHSUP - School Administrative Support Staff
