Use Case Background
Provide information related to why these changes/additions are needed.
CRDC just released the 2025-26 and 2027-28 collections package for comment (more information available here).

CEDS last coordinated with the CRDC collections for the 2020-21 collection. This use case will bring CEDS current with 2023-24 collection, while also incorporating the proposed changes for 2025-26 (e.g., nonbinary will not be added to CEDS).
