• Code Execution Rights: Ability to execute, generate, or modify code
• Critical System Access: Direct access to production, financial, or safety-critical systems

Category B: Environment & Adaptation (3 factors)

• Persistent Memory: Ability to store and recall information across sessions
• Dynamic Identity & Permissions: Capability to assume different roles or escalate privileges
• Multi-Agent Coordination: Ability to orchestrate or interact with other agents

Category C: Predictability & Influence (3 factors)

• Self-Modification Capability: Ability to alter own logic, goals, or behavior
• Non-Determinism Level: Variability and unpredictability in decision-making
• Deceptiveness Potential: Capacity to mislead, obfuscate, or hide true intentions

• Rename Tool Use to Tool Authority
• Add new decision point for Code Execution Rights with values (None, Execute, Modify)
• Determine whether Critical System Impact is new or just a rename of Systemic Impact
  • If new, determine values for Critical System Impact
  • If rename, move Systemic Impact into Execution Power
• Remove Self-Modification (it will come back in Predictability and Influence below)
• Adapt Execution Power decision table to accommodate the above changes.
