some issues when use callhome

The version used as follows:
netopeer2-server v2.1.71
libnetconf2 v2.1.37

1. When starting netopeer2-server, the following error occurs (with a certain probability).
   Oct 22 08:16:20 localhost netopeer2-server[1477]: NACM not initialized.

2. After removing the callhome configuration from sysrepo, the callhome connection is not closed. Re-adding the callhome configuration will result in multiple connections being established

It seems you are using an old netopeer2 version with a newer sysrepo. Please use compatible versions based on the specific netopeer2 release. Still, it may be possible the Call Home really does not work correctly even in the recent versions of libnetconf2 but it should be fixed soon, it is currently being worked on.

The sysrepo and libyang version is v2.2.105, v2.1.111,they are released together with netopeer2-server.

Okay, then I guess there may have been a bug in those versions. In any case, to fix you will have to update to the next released version.
