It’s certainly possible, in theory. Python, wxWindows are cross platform. I had ported a BRX app in windows to Linux once, it worked. PyRx is much bigger though. Apple might be harder since it’s not x86. The programmer would probably need to have Apple hardware and work out if python runs under some sort of emulation. Currently, Linux or Mac CADs don’t have a middle API, its either C++ or lisp, python is actually perfect in this regard |

BCAD has multi-OS support to a certain extend. Is there a chance of PyRx running on Linux/OSX one day?

P.S.: I'm not sure that install figures for non-Windows CAD installs even reach a milli fraction of the parent population
