Bricsys has fixed a bunch of support requests in beta V25.2 (thank you Bricsys!) yay.
Since it’s very early in the release cycle, I plan on depreciating support for V25.1. I suspect, once I link with the newer SDK, loading will break

Interesting! It’s for BIM Python though, so is won’t work with this project, since they are using 3.9

I just have been reporting issues as they pop up in testing. sometimes I think I just annoy them lol

I have played with it only briefly. It's not documented. PyRx being open and much more flexible from my user perspective. Most def a reason to stick with it.

I have just though seen, that they have TX-libraries (AeccHydrology_25.9_16.tx etc), which I figure might be originating from ODA. If PyRx could tap into those 'd could also be cool. I guess it would allow to read/write civil objects and most other supported (here Aec, Aecc etc). But I have no idea and it is definitely a distraction.

BRX, GRX and ZRX wrap .TX. I had considered making a version for TX. My DosLib fork for BricsCAD lite is .TX
Though, Bricsys have expressed to me that they would not like to support .TX applications, which is fine.

If it’s a live object in BricsCAD (not a proxy) and not in BRX, then it’s possible that the object has a DXF filer. In that case, it’s possible to use entget, entmod on these objects.

It’s also possible to construct custom objects / enablers in pyrx by creating the C++ implementation and then exposing it to python, though to wrap mechanical or civil APIs would take many man years.

starting from v2.2.6, this project will link with BricsCAD V25.2 SDK
all the languages should be out by now.
I have not disabled the compiler guards yet..
