Ed.Core.getCommands returns only a small part of all commands (added by arx..? libraries). How to get an index of all available commands?

Seems like an issue in ZwCAD, other platforms show all the commands

And as a temporary workaround - I have the command name (from AutoCAD), can I check if a given command exists?
