BricsCAD V26 fiberless mode

In the Beta Tester Manual BCAD V26.1.01 it is requested to test a fiberless mode. It is stated

Does this have any impact on PyRx?

Interesting, AutoCAD removed fibers some years back, so we are prepared from an API perspective

we do have unit tests for some of these functions like acedCmdS (similar to acedCommandS), they pass with BRX26.
Debugging in modeless dialogs seems to work fine.

We can leave this open until the release,
