Full bandwidth camera settings

Solve the issues, that the camera cannot be run with the full bandwidth. Maybe ask ASI again or reverse engineer with the help of SoPhy.

Trying to define this ticket a little more:

1. there are a bunch of settings we cannot set providing a parameter with pymepix. At this point I think only the bias and threshold coarse and fine are implemented. All the others are missing. From this list in this screenshot, at least IKrum should be settable as a parameter.

2. The default settings for the Timepix camera is to run with only half of the clock speed. We would like to have the ability to set the camera to full clock speed if necessary. In SoPhy this is achieved with this PeriphClk80 setting:
