Trying to test it with Epic #2

Description

@raviada

Thank you for nice app, which is a good starting point for a smart on fhir app that we are trying to build. Appreciate for all the hard work!

I tried with CHBase sandbox, it works great. I tried to add smart clients for Epic, it is not working, apparently Epic's access_token is not JWT.

Cannot read property 'exp' of null at Object.BBClient.ready (fhir-client.js:17203)

Does it only work with access tokens being JWT?

please let me know if you know any workarounds for this problem.
