Tech Debts

Just leaving some tech-debt questions here, @Kalashnikovni @francosansone if you guys agree we can make some/all of them issues (with low priority, of course). To me, these features can improve the repo maintainability.

• Change build system to CMake.
• If we move to support only Ubuntu 22/24 builds, does it make sense to use boost system libs or can we add them as a third-party lib?
• Modify src code structure:
  We currently have all the sources in sbg folder. Perhaps it could be better to split them to make it easier to
  sbg --> graph
  algebra
  algorithms
  api
  Or something similar.

FYI I use Boost in the following modules:

• AST definition: boost::variant makes possible to define recursive types.
• Parser: I use boost::qi to define the parser from the grammar. Also some functions of boost::phoenix are used to define semantic actions.
• SBG::LIB: to implement rationals I use boost::rational.
• Evaluator: boost::variant visitors are used to evaluate AST expressions.
