Description
- Finalize the section title. Discussions on this underway; current directive seems to be "Community Resources"/"Resources" in the navbar and "Community Resource Documentation" in the page title. (Handled elsewhere)
- The title for each card should ideally link to its documentation entry for ease of navigation.
