Issue when installing the Package

When I start the command (pip install pyconfigstore), I get the message:

"Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyconfigstore (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for pyconfigstore"

I could find in the repository the requirements.txt, so I have download the repository and
and tried to install it via setup.py. When I did it, I got a huge error and I think it is related to the line 19 in utils.py ("os.makedirs(path, 0777)")

I think the error is related to permission issues.

I have the same issue, using pipenv. Steps to reproduce:

1. go into an empty directory.
2. pipenv install pyconfigstore

$ pipenv install pyconfigstore

I get the same issue on Python 3.7 on Linux:

❯❯❯ pip install --user pyconfigstore

No matching distribution found for pyconfigstore

but if I drop back to Python 2 then pip seems to find the package fine:

pip 18.1 from /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pip (python 2.7)

Any news on this issue? I'm still encountering the No matching distribution found for pyconfigstore error when using pip for python3.7.

I had the same issue so I downloaded the package and uploaded it to PyPi as pyconfigstore3.

pip install pyconfigstore3

@ArnoldSouza I'd rather not have an alternate repo for this. I didn't change a single line of code, I migrated the code to Python3 and uploaded the package. I'd be happy to submit a pull request.
