Adding sensor for Zappi temperature in HA

So Zappi does display its internal temperature in the first "Readings" page on the LCD screen. It would be convenient if this parameter were available on the Homeassistant integration so that it could be used to trigger a notification or an action if the temperature rose over a certain value.

The Zappi does not report its internal temperature in the API so this is t feasible.
