Wikidata endpoint blocks requests from grlk

Hello,

I am using grlc to run queries against the endpoint
https://query.wikidata.org/sparql

Recently, it stopped working and I now receive the following message from Wikidata:

"Please set a user-agent and respect our robot policy https://w.wiki/4wJS. See also https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T400119."

The HTTP status code returned is 200, but no results are provided.

From some tests, it appears that adding a User-Agent header (with any value) makes the request work correctly.

Is there an option in grlc to set or customize the User-Agent header in grlk requests?

For example, the following query currently does not work:

https://grlc.io/api-gitlab/mopso/reconciler#/URI%20discovery/get_country

It seams that sparqlwrapper Is able to set user-agen header:

Hi @ecow -- thanks for spotting this issue, and for identifying a solution already. I see you already have a fix in your own fork. Is that working? Would you mind making a PR?

The changes seem to be working correctly on my end.

I’m honored to contribute to this great project! I have just submitted a PR (#555), but please keep in mind it's a "quick & dirty" solution as I am not a fluent Python programmer.
