Collection of issues with StormEurope module

I try to collect issues piling up on the StormEurope module to keep an overview.

Suggestions for resolving them are welcome!

• StormEurope.from_icon_grib not compatible to eccodes >v2.27 xarray cfgrib backend changed data variable name #678
• StormEurope.from_icon_grib not compatible to cfgrib >v0.9.9 cfgrib 0.9.10 and grib files from https://opendata.dwd.de #360
• StormEurope.from_footprints is not compatible to "new" WISC data from Copernicus Climate Data Store
