update existing clo terms

Hi, Attached is a sheet of requested edits to exsiting clo terms. These are in use by IEDB data and we want to use these axioms for searching and logic.
See the headers for changes vs additions, for example, sometimes we just want to add another synonym (without removing the others already there) vs sometimes we want to change what is there to something new.
