Story(optional):As a user, I want to read/write comments on a recipe

Description: User can add comments to recipes

Actor: User

Precondition: User chooses a recipe to comment on

Trigger: User selects to comment on recipes

Basic Flow:

1. User selects recipe
2. User writes comment
3. User can later read comments

Tests:

1. If no comment is in then nothing shows up
