Use Cases

Opened a label for use cases. Issues can be tracked and discussed individually. Template from http://www.gatherspace.com/static/use_case_example.html#6.

Copy this and add a new issue, with the label use-case. The issue number will be used to track the use case. The title of the issue will be the use case name.
