[Archive]: Attempted Profile Bio Plugin (Feature Not Needed)

This pull request contains an attempted implementation of a new Profile Bio Button plugin, allowing users to set a short slogan or bio.

Implementation Details:

• Created a new plugin folder: nodebb-plugin-profile-bio/
• Added plugin.json, library.js, and package.json

Reason for Archival:
The feature turned out to be redundant since NodeBB already supports a similar “About Me” field in the profile editor.
No further development is required, but the code remains archived for reference.
