Installing js hint

[skkuwari-alt]

Added and ran JSHint for the tools checkpoint.
The output file jshint-output.txt shows it was successfully executed.

Note: there’s a CI error:

Invalid workflow file: .github/workflows/ci.yml#L1
(Line: 28, Col: 13): Unrecognized named-value: 'secrets'.

We’ll work on resolving this in a later update.
