When in a scrolling story, automatically add 'disableUI=true' to views using MediaLayers before sending off to the thumbnail server

We may want to rethink how we hide the border around the MediaLayer modal. Perhaps it is its own flag, rather utilizing the more general hide all UI flag (disableUI=true) for the viewer.
