Switch from TCLAP to a different CLI argument parser

Hey, I've noticed that MGARD uses TCLAP for CLI argument parsing. Moreover, it requires TCLAP 1.4, which is still only release candidate since 2021. As such, it is not commonly available on Linux distributions that don't package early development versions.

Since TCLAP does not appear to be actively maintained, would you consider switching to an alternative package for CLI parsing? There are famous lightweight alternatives such as CLI11 or argparse.
