Add the `DICTIONARY_AUTHOR` loop

The DICTIONARY_AUTHOR loop records dictionary authors in a more structures way by including their names, emails and ORCIDs.

Based on the related ITC chapter, this list should include at least:

• Vladislav A. Blatov
• Davide M. Proserpio
• Robert M. Hanson

The authors should be contacted to confirm that they agree to have their names, emails and orcids to be included in a publicly distributed dictionary.
