Intake link on old repository is broken

Over on the deprecated repo we have:

Use the ACCESS-NRI Intake catalog instead.

Unfortunately, this link is broken. I guess we can't change it without un-deprecating the repo. Thoughts @navidcy? I think the 404 is perhaps caused by a move to read the docs @charles-turner-1? @atteggiani maybe we could set up a re-direct?

I think broken links on archived docs are kinda unavoidable unfortunately... I don't know how hard it'd be to set up a redirect on that URL - if it's straightforward we should probably do it, if it's gonna be a lot of hassle it might not be worth it - the link name is descriptive enough that people will probably figure out how to find it anyway.
