Support for DLT V2 in DLT Daemon

Hello everyone,

I’m Shivam Goel, representing Volvo Group.

We are taking a step forward to ensure that the DLT Daemon can support both DLT V1 and DLT V2. Our plan is to implement a multiplexer logic that determines the version based on the HTYP version bits, enabling backward and forward compatibility.

This thread is intended to serve as a place for support, collaboration, and idea sharing as we work on this enhancement.
