The user group error of dltpipes occurs when a certain service starts earlier than dlt-daemon. #766
Description
when a certain service is linked with the DLT library and starts earlier than the DLT daemon, dltpipes will be created by the certain service in ./src/lib/dlt_user.c.
However, after the Linux system configures user/group permissions for each module, dltpipes is created with the permission group of the service that created it by default, rather than that of the DLT-daemon.
This results in an error where the DLT-daemon, which starts later, cannot access /tmp/dltpipe.
