Request builds for windows + arm (releases)

My work laptop has arm64 cpu, so it would be nice to have proper release for that architecture as well.

It would be nice to not have to figure out how to install all build dependencies, and build from source.

I was unable to download release for QT 5.15.2, see issue #755 .

github has indeed windows 11 arm64 runners (windows-11-arm), so it is a matter of proper configuration in the

dlt-viewer/.github/workflows/BuildPR.yml

@f-skold are you looking for a binary release for Windows ARM64? or just the files that are compiled during the build?

Well, prexerable, the user should have a low threshold to see what it is, so proper binary release for windows + arm64. (I guess the same would apply for linux + arm64 if that does not exist already).

currently x86/64 has a binary that can be executed (from what i see in the release).
For arm64 i can take a look an see what needs to change in the pipeline to support this.
