IPsec Plugin Support

I see that there was a plan for new IPsec Plugin in version 3.1.11, is this currently supported and fully integrated. i see also some related configurations such as Acceptances and Secure Services. if yes, How i can enable it and how to configure the IPsec SAs and Security Policies (which daemon is being used)? and is there any example for IPsec activation files ?
