Services occasionally are unreachable #441

In the above log, skinny fails to reach the actors service. I retried the request, and the actors service was reached fine. I have noticed this happen a lot with the recommended follows service (being failed to be reached from skinny), and I don't know what causes it, but waiting a while and retrying seems to work.
