Testnet v4.2.420 - problematic nodes

Today since few hours my node frequently losing synchronization because of two nodes:
37.203.33.37
89.111.33.168

In my CMD window I frequently see:

"Got registration request...",
"Confirming registration..."

Seldom I see

"Stop resopnding..."

They causing my node is losing synchronization and have to sync itself to 100% frequently

I stopped my node and forced to change my public IP address. Then started client node again. Now another neighbour keep sending requests. I'm curious is it possible that neighbour which was working with my node before IP change can send registration request to my node properly, but when it gets confirmation resumes communication with my old public IP...

Now when my node requires syncing there are a lot of neighbours commented as repeated requests many times....
