[Feature Request] Write Error Message into log files #14
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When chaining tools asynchronously for several related experiments it can become unfeasible to look at all the output. If then a tool fails additional efforts are needed to pinpoint the error.
Describe the solution you'd like
The failing tool might write the error output into the log file
Describe alternatives you've considered
Rerunning the failing command by hand
